Regular Clip, 11 mm
The DermaClip Regular Clip is ideal for emergency medicine, urgent care, pediatrics, and general surgical closure where a smaller, precise device is preferred.
At 11 mm (0.43") in width, the narrow footprint makes it nimble enough to be used on wounds with curvature while the locking mechanism still maintains ample strength for larger, more significant closures.
Large Clip, 21 mm
The DermaClip Large Clip is ideal for surgical suite closure, higher-tension wounds, and longer incisions across dermatology, OB/GYN, orthopedics, and spine procedures.
At 21 mm (0.83") in width, the broader footprint delivers greater surface coverage and adhesive contact area, making it the preferred choice where additional closure strength and stability are required. For longer wounds, the Large Clip is faster as fewer devices need to be placed.
DermaClip Extreme
DermaClip Extreme is designed for austere environments, tactical medicine, and high-stress clinical applications where standard adhesives are insufficient.
At 21 mm (0.83") in width with a 3.5x stronger adhesive formulation on a polyurethane backing and a 5-year shelf life, Extreme is NSN listed and adopted by MARSOC for field and clinical use. DermaClip Extreme is currently only available in the Large Clip format.
NOTE: This product is not suitable for use on fragile skin.
