Returns & Refunds Policy
DermaClip® devices are sterile, single-use prescription medical devices. For patient safety, sterility assurance, and regulatory compliance, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has shipped, as we cannot verify the sterility or integrity of any device once it has left our control.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind every order. Please inspect your shipment promptly upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@dermaclip.com so we can make it right. Where applicable, we will replace the affected product or issue a credit. Please retain the original packaging and provide your order number and photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For the reasons above, sterile single-use devices, opened or unsealed products, and any item not in its original sealed packaging cannot be returned.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at orders@dermaclip.com.
